We intend to take advantage of our expertise in the Northeast and Midwest, regions that we believe are not the focus of the largest infrastructure players in Brazil, and win new concessions in these regions to create road systems that have administrative and operational synergy.

We also believe that future auctions in this region will have attractive returns, given the historically low competition. With expertise in the chosen regions, we will have more attractive returns than operations carried out in the most sought-after centers.
